PARTNERSHIP

        Put aside type V.I.P., there are three types of partnership:

• The partnership of level A
• The partnership of level B
• The partnership of level C

    The partnership of level A consists in offering a technical aid for the realization of logotypes, photocompositions or any other services. Each time we'll receive a request of this kind, we will communicate it to our partner who will make us adequate proposals in order to show them to the customer. The partner concerned will receive a percentage on the entries, percentage evaluated after agreement.

    The partnership of level B offers to the programmers the advisability of working out the future versions of the software. The person or the people interested with this kind of partnership can deal with part or entirety of the program following the technical constraints which we study to make more attractive and more complete the software. A percentage on the sales is planned for paying  people having taken part in this work.

     The partnership of level C is equivalent to the pure and simple purchase of the software at ends of limited commercial exploitation. The articles which follow pay especially to this type of partnership.

    Any person or society interested with whole exclusiveness on the software is requested to present his complaints by email.

     To be eligible the statute of partner, a person must answer the following conditions:

a) To speak the language about the country (any country in the world or an unspecified city) of which it wishes to manage information

b) To have the equipment necessary for the data processing (at least a computer and a printer)

c) To be able to pay an additional personnel if necessary

d) To discharge an amount cash single and negotiable with the Management of Les Pages Jaunes Electroniques.

    With the signature of the contract the binder in Les Pages Jaunes Electroniques, the partner receive a special code giving him right to marketing of the principal software and the up to date data (if these data have a relationship with the area for which he is responsible). Any addition of information as well as the determination of the cost of the services offered is under its full and entire responsibility.

     Any request for improvement of the software must be conveyed with the following address: admin@pjelectroniques.com . The Management of Les Pages Jaunes Electroniques will determine if it important to make corrections or improvements if it considers them necessary.

    The logotype as well as the name of the product is irremovable. It is formally interdict to sub-lease the software without the assent of the Management staff.
