HOW TO COMPRESS

A FILE WITH WINZIP ?

STEP 1

After downloading the free version of  WINZIP, click on: "Use Evaluation Version"

STEP 2

Click on "Close"

STEP 3

In the upper right of the screen click on "Wizard"

STEP 4

Click on "Next"

STEP 5

Choose the radio button named "Create a new Zip file"

STEP 6

Click on "Browse"

STEP 7

Give a name to the ZIP file that you want to create (your access code if you want to send your data in the PJE database)

STEP 8

Click on "Next"

STEP 9

Click on "Add files..." then indicate the files you want to compress

STEP 10

Choose the first file then, with your finger on the "shift" key, click on the last file. Click on "OK"

STEP 11

Click onr "Zip Now" to launcg the compression process. Finally, click on "Close"   to end the operation.
